Kim Harr joined Lam Research in 2020 and is currently the Sr. Director and Head of Tualatin Pilot Operations, within Global Operations. Prior to joining Lam, Kim spent over 20 years at Intel, in various roles including R&D engineering, HVM manufacturing, supply chain & HR. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering & Operations from the University of Michigan. Kim is married to her best friend Greg and in her spare time, she is an avid cyclist, runner, and reader, alternating between leadership, the future of work, and fiction.
