MILAEBO is helping to stabilise the process and increase productivity through TRAP, which effectively captures by-products generated during the semiconductor process especially in foreline. Heater Block is the device which heats up the wafer in the Semiconductor manufacturing process or the glass of the LCD manufacturing process. It is to optimizing the best processing environment for purge gas system and wafer chucking. Heater Block is used at the process under 500 degree and is being most widely used for CVD, PVD and Asher due to its superior thermal conductivity and easy surface coating. Precursor(Chemical source) which is used in Thin-film Deposition. Mecaro produces the Chemical Source for Thin-film Deposition is usually use for CVD, ALD, Sol-gel. Divided into Low-end products for mass production such as BPSG, TEOS, SOG and High-end products which consists the core of Memory such as Ru, Co, STO, BST etc. Main producing precursors are ZM40, Cp-Zr , TiCl4 etc.

Retech team was based on water system to develop in the direction of chemical waste reclamation and green chemicals in the factory of circular economy. Retech team started to have the idea of elemental fluorine recycling and reusing in 2010, and started to apply Taiwan, USA and China’ patents in 2012. TSMC invited Retech to join resource evaluation in 2017, and completed the world's first cryolite conversion system using waste hydrofluoric acid in a semiconductor factory in 2021 and we started to produce cyolite in September 2021. It was a beginning of urban mining and industrial recycling of waste chemicals into raw materials. Retech accomplished to put the technology of recycling and reusing apply on production plants of clients and let them start to carry out "Net Zero Emissions" from the manufacturing plants.
